Position & Job Requirement
  • Responsible for the daily operation and management of our deluxe residential club house and restaurant, handling complaints, liaison with owners and tenants, supervision of staff and contractors, performing general administration work.
  • Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years’ relevant working experience with 2 years in supervisory level
  • Well versed in BMO and DMC
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Customer-orientated, good leadership and communication skills
  • Shift duty and work on weekends and public holidays are required
  • Working location: Mid-level Central / Wanchai
  • Responsible for the general property management duties, handling complaints, liaison with owners and tenants, assist property manager to monitor daily property management issues
  • Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years’ relevant working experience with 2 years in supervisory level
  • Less than 4 years’ relevant working experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
  • Well versed in BMO and DMC
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Customer-orientated, good leadership and communication skills
  • Working location: Hong Kong South District / Mid-level Central / Wanchai
  • Responsible for the general property management duties, handling complaints, liaison with owners and tenants, supervision of staff and monitoring the repair and maintenance work
  • Diploma or above in Property Management with 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Working location: Mid-level Central / Wanchai
  • Assist in the overall property management duties
  • F.6 or above with 1 year’s relevant working experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Working location : Hong Kong South District / Wanchai
  • Responsible for performing general administrative work and other ad hoc projects, handling residents’ enquiries and complaints
  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Applicant with less qualification or experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Officer
  • Working location : Mid-level Central
  • Responsible for performing general administrative work and other ad hoc projects, handling residents’ enquiries and complaints
  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Applicant with less qualification or experience will be considered as Administration Assistant
  • Working location : Mid-level Central
  • Responsible for performing general administrative work
  • F.6 or above with 1 year’s relevant working experience
